Individual Counselling Sessions

I offer therapy sessions to young people aged 11+, as well as adults. Some issues I have experience of working with include:

Mobile Service

Receiving therapy in the comfort of your own home, means your environment is familiar and easily accessible. This service is particularly helpful for teenagers or adults who may be anxious about meeting someone new, and possibly accessing therapy for the first time. It can be beneficial for families or people with additional needs, as the most convenient place to meet may indeed be in the comfort of your own living room.

I work with Local Authorities in offering therapy sessions to Children in Care. I am able to meet with young people in placements and can offer long term work.

Therapeutic Parenting Consultation

Sometimes young people just aren't ready to talk! Parenting consultation sessions provide a judgment free space for parents to feel better equipped to support their child. I can help with understanding the teenage brain, support with effectively implementing boundaries and encourage better communication. 

Supervision sessions

I offer clinical supervision to professionals working with young people and adults. I specialise in working in a trauma informed way, and my approach is Person-Centred. As a supervisor, I aim to work collaboratively, supporting you with your personal and professional growth. I have experience of offering supervision to staff in residential care settings, schools and trainee practitioners, and I hold a Diploma in Clinical Supervision.

Fees, discounts and block bookings

My fees are £70 for individual sessions taking place online, and £80 for the mobile service. Supervision sessions start at £70p/h.

Consultation sessions start at £80.

I offer discounts for block bookings paid for in advance.

  • Block of 6 individual sessions (online)  - £350 (saving of £70)/ Face-to-face - £400

 

I offer a free 15min telephone consultation - please email me to arrange a suitable time to talk before booking your first session

I can also offer some concessionary rates for those who are currently unemployed. Please ask.
